relais exceeded my expectations, a luxurious and beautiful hotel in the latin quarter. the atmosphere was great, room was comfortable, and breakfast buffet delicious. staff was excellent, making our stay even better. great location, walking distance to everything. a real treat.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail was evident from the moment we arrived, with the friendly and helpful staff making us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a great neighborhood with many wonderful restaurants to choose from. We loved that the hotel had direct access to the garden and our own little patio, adding to the calm and peaceful atmosphere. Our room was beautifully appointed, with a comfortable king bed on the second level and a full kitchen for our convenience. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a variety of delicious and healthy options to start our day.

Very cozy little hotel, all very nicely decorated. It's a two-storey room, but it wasn't a problem.

The hotel was perfectly located in the center of St Germain, making it so close to everything in the Saint Germain area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was delicious and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

The hotel, while attractive from the exterior, is "tired" within. It's rather gloomy inside due to a lack of natural light.

The staff welcome and ability to provide solutions to any queries about room allocation,restaurant confirmations, etc. Access to the garden was wonderful and relaxing after a day sightseeing. Very pretty hotel and location just perfect. The rooms were quiet at night.wouldn't hesitat to recommend. Wanted to return but the hotel is booked out! Testament to how good it is. Bravo

Had to learn how to use lights but no problem. Would be good to include petit dejeuner into room price or provide ability to make coffee in room.

the location was absolutely perfect - right in the center of the city, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of everything. It was tucked away in a quiet alley, so despite being in the heart of Paris, it felt like a peaceful retreat. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay. Thirdly, the rooms were beautifully decorated with high-end finishes and attention to detail. The bathroom was spacious and had all the basic amenities I required, with a separate toilet that added an extra touch of convenience. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day.

All was great, no improvements needed.

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. None of the famous French attitude. This small, sophisticated hotel was family friendly, agreeing to put three in a room, which is not the case with all small hotels in Paris. We didn't get a chance to use the small gym facilities, but they were clean and inviting.

The only one thing which I think could have been done better was breakfast. There was nothing wrong with breakfast, it was 'ok' - but, given this hotel is advertised as 'boutique' & is a member of slh, I expected breakfast to be of the same high standard as the rest of the hotel. It was just 'ok'

The location is excellent, the room very spacious and the staff very helpful.

The breakfast is overpriced. We were on the first floor and there was a constant noise of running water coming down the pipes. In addition the guest in the room next to us was very loud and you could hear their movements. The walls are very thin for this type of hotel. The door knobs do not turn so people have to slam the doors to shut them, thus making a lot of noise.
